Will this guarantee I get the money?
No plan can guarantee funding - the decision belongs to the funder. What we do is make sure your plan is clear, your figures add up, your repayment is believable and your documents are complete, which is where most applications fail.
I am not good at writing English. Can I still use it?
Yes. Answer in Bemba, Nyanja, Tonga, Lozi, English or a mix, in short sentences. We write the plan in proper business English.
Are CDF loans open right now?
In September 2026 government paused new 2026 CDF empowerment loans while councils recover old loans. CDF grants for groups continue. Ask your council before applying for a loan - your plan will still be useful for CEEC, banks or microfinance.
How do I pay?
By MTN, Airtel or Zamtel mobile money, or with a voucher bought from a Masterplan agent. Your plan is unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed.
Are my figures and plan private?
